Auckland Christmas Decorators is owned and operated by David & Lydia Dolbel, father and daughter dynamic duo.
Now New Zealand's fastest growing Christmas decorating company, we are trusted by many renowned businesses and organisations in Auckland as well as all of our residential clients. We are known for our amazing Christmas trees, garlands and arches, one-of-a-kind props and eye-catching seasonal lighting displays featuring highly-luminous commercial-grade fairy lights, infused with our creative design technical and expertise.
For more than 10 years David had been putting on a spectacular large scale Christmas display at his own home in Waimauku (North-West Auckland) where people gathered from far and wide to be delighted by the spectacular festive display.
David and daughter Lydia are joyful to have turned this Christmas decorating passion into a profession with their family owned and operated business. David with his hands on experience in the field and broader areas of business and Lydia with her fine arts and visual design background make the perfect creative duo to create and install stunning festive displays across Auckland and New Zealand with true flair for Christmas interior/exterior decorating.
Auckland Christmas Decorators is dedicated to bringing you the very best Christmas decor and lighting in New Zealand! We also run a small event lighting business Auckland Fairy Lights to support this business and our team.

BEN
NEW to our team last year we had Ben join us - a highly valued team member and skilled carpenter/creative as well as our chief lighting installer!
Seen here on SEVEN SHARP, been is installing and managing a large-scale commercial lighting installation at The Glenbrook Vintage Railway for their Counties Energy Christmas Train Lights.

KEVIN
We have a small team of skilled craftsmen, installers, and passionate helpers who assist us in creating the bespoke CHRISTMAS MAGIC. Joyfully smiling with David here is our local engineer Kevin who assists us with metal work.... which we hope to do more of in coming years as we grow and innovate further!
Although we use imported items too, where ever we can we customise and create in-house because we believe there is nothing more festive than something that looks like it could have been made inside Santa's actual workshop.
We strive to avoid the 'cookie cutter' look, giving everything we put together our signature handmade touch.
